The side dial conveniently lets you adjust thickness of cuts, while the safety pusher protects fingers and holds food in place during slicing. This well-built manual machine juliennes and slices soft or hard vegetables and fruits and creates waffle cuts, even from dense vegetables such as sweet potatoes, beets or squash.
